Makoto Otani小谷 誠

Graduated from Tokyo University of the Arts, Department of Design / Chief Designer
He values ​​the relationship between people, objects, and space. He started graphic design at the age of 15, and studied spatial design and artwork at university. As a lighting designer, he is adept at using elements such as the physical properties of light, color temperature, and luminous flux to create designs that combine functionality and beauty.

ヒトとモノと空間の関係性を大切にしている。15歳でグラフィックデザインを始め、大学では空間デザインとアートワークを学ぶ。照明デザイナーとして、光の物理特性や色温度、光束といった要素を巧みに駆使し、機能性と美しさを両立させたデザインを得意とする。

Takeshi Ue上 岳史

Graduated from Sophia University. While still a student, he founded Alpha Group Co., Ltd., which was listed on the JASDAQ stock exchange 10 years later. He managed the company as a listed company with sales of 30 billion yen for 20 years. After that, he undertook management buyout of education and welfare-related businesses, and once again attempted to start a business as a social entrepreneur. He felt that the system to support the social participation of people with developmental disabilities in Japan was insufficient, so in 2014 he founded Happy Terrace Co., Ltd. (now Dekoboko Base Co., Ltd.), a welfare service company specializing in developmental disabilities, and became its representative director. The company has 232 locations across Japan. He entered the disability welfare business as a corporation and became a pioneer in the industrial development of the welfare field, bringing about social change. In addition to being a founder, he also served as an outside director of two listed companies in Japan for a total of 12 years. He has now moved his base of operations to Silicon Valley in the United States.

上智大学卒業 在学中に創業したアルファグループ株式会社を、10年後にJASDAQ上場。20年間売上300億円規模の上場企業として同社を経営。その後、教育と福祉関連の事業をMBO、社会起業家として再び起業に挑戦。発達障害を抱える人々の社会参加を支援する体制が日本では不十分であることを痛感し、2014 年に発達障害に特化した福祉サービス事業を行うハッピーテラス株式会社（現 デコボコベース株式会社）を設立し代表取締役に就任。同社は、日本全国に232 拠点を展開する。障害者福祉事業に株式会社として参入し、社会に変革をもたらす福祉分野の産業発展のパイオニアとなる。またファウンダーと並行して、日本で上場企業2社の社外取締役も通算12年間務める。活動の拠点をアメリカ・シリコンバレーに移している。

Wataru Miyazaki宮崎 航

Graduated from the Department of Architectural Design at Kogakuin University. Joined L&B in 2021. Became an executive officer in 2024 and is involved in the "L&B Construction Division", mainly in charge of large-scale projects. His favorite phrase is "Live life on the edge". Always seeking new challenges, he presents new possibilities to the industry with ideas and drive that go beyond the boundaries of design.

工学院大学建築デザイン学科卒業 2021年にL&Bに入社。2024年には執行役員に就任し、「L&B construction事業部」に参画し主に大規模プロジェクトを担当している。好きな言葉は “Live life on the edge（ワクワクする人生を生きる）”。常に新たな挑戦を求め、デザインの枠を超えた発想と行動力で、業界に新しい可能性を提示している。

仕事内容：
都内デザイン事務所にてデザイン、設計業務、工事監理や現場打ち合わせ等を行っていただきます。設計着手から竣工までクライアントに寄り添い、事業が成功するように、携わっていただきます。
・意匠設計
・設計図書や仕様書などの作成
・施主にプレゼンをし、デザインの方向性を確認
・実施設計確認
・入札図書作成＆説明会
・現場監修と施工図の作成
・現場竣工チェック

応募資格：vectorworks操作可能な方
　　　　　一級建築施工管理技士、一級建築士をお持ちの方歓迎いたします
勤務時間：裁量労働制（原則9:00～18:00の8時間）
休日：週休2日（月1土曜出勤）※有給休暇あり
給料：経験・能力・前職給などを考慮して決定いたします
保険：厚生年金保険・健康保険・雇用保険・労災保険
賞与：年に1回
昇給：年に1回
