株式会社L&Bがデザイン・設計・施工を担当した、株式会社ナハトのオフィスが、新たに「iF DESIGN AWARD」と「MUSE Design Awards」を受賞し、国内外のデザインアワードで計6冠を達成しました。
平均年齢26歳の若い世代が中心となって活躍するナハトが目指したのは、単なる仕事場ではなく、社員同士が自然に集まり、部署や役職を越えてアイデアを交わせる「組織づくりの場」です。
エントランスには、ナハトの価値観である「友情・努力・勝利」を表現した、3色・880個のサイコロを配置。社員一人ひとりの力が集まり、大きな成果を生み出す組織の姿を空間で表現しています。
