PRESS RELEASE 2026.09.01

L&B Inc. (Headquarters: Shibuya, Tokyo; Representative Director: Tamami Saikusa), a spatial design company, handled the interior design, planning, and construction for "KEIKYU PIT Keikyu Store Uraga," the first cashierless store on the Keikyu Line, opening on September 1, 2026 (Tue) inside the ticket gates of Uraga Station on the Keikyu Main Line, operated by Keikyu Corporation. Logo and graphic design were jointly handled by L&B Inc. and Sharakushi Co., Ltd.

The interior design took the origin of the store name "PIT" as its starting point, working in conjunction with the logo and graphics to create a consistent expression across the storefront, interior, and signage.

Bringing the Meaning of "PIT" to Life in Space and Graphics
The name "PIT" combines the meaning of a pit stop for refueling and repairs with the auditory image of cashless payment. The interior design used this origin as its creative foundation, developing a consistent expression across the facade, glass surfaces, and in-store signage in harmony with the logo and graphics.
